High carbon high chromium ledeburitic steel,cobalt is not the essential element if there no special requirements.Because the contente of molybdenum and vandium are higher than Cr12MoV,the organization and grain fineness number of steel further thining,which advancing hardening ,the strength and toughness.
Application:
It is mainly used to produce high-wear resistence large and complicated cold forming mould.For example,cold cutting scisseors,comb dies,wire-drawing die,thread rolling die,and other cold-punching mould and plunger chip which request high wear resistence.
